Shipping
We offer a flat rate shipping charge of $6 for all orders placed online. At this time, we only offer shipping for online orders to customers in the continental US.
If you are outside the continental US and need to place an order, please call us at 800-822-6720 so we can assist you.
Returns
In order to provide you with the best customer support experience possible, please follow these guidelines:
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Please contact us for a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number BEFORE shipping anything back.
- No returns on electrical components.
- You must include a copy of your invoice that was shipped with your package.
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Shipping is non refundable.
Failure to follow these return guidelines may void your ability to return the item/s.
