PSS leads a team of well-equipped on the road service technicians traveling within a 3-hour radius of our corporate offices located in Wilkes-Barre, PA 18705. Service call appointments are scheduled through a dedicated Service Call Manager. Appointments are customized to fit the needs and schedules of the customer and scheduled promptly with lead times and waits as short as one day depending on the location and work load.

Service techs provide training and set up of new and used equipment, troubleshooting and repairs for the following shop machines: lifts, tire mounting and balancing machines, A/C recovery/recycling/recharging systems, brake lathes and air compressors, to name a few.

Service techs can also supply pre-flight reviews of new garage layouts and advise on lift placement configurations, hydraulic airline pipe layouts, and plan of actions for installations.


PSS operations center provides a walk-in counter where customers can pick up parts and equipment and speak directly to the customer service team. PSS stocks literally thousand’s of parts in-house.
