Seal kit for Rotary FC5797-1 and S1300002 cylinders used on many 12K four post lifts including SM122, AR122, SMO123, ARO122, QL4P-100, QLHV-100, and SM101-100.  Cylinder must be marked FC5797-1 followed by TH, TX, or TXT.
